Three things not to do if you want a good tip:
1. Don't forget anyone's meal or drink. And if you do forget - we're all human - apologize!
2. Don't act like making separate cheques is akin to moving mountains.
3. Don't ignore us.
My dinner out with some lovely ladies was not as pricey as it could have been, because we didn't bother leaving much of a tip for our surly server. Works for me!
